I’m a junior in hs and im going to be a fairy princess for halloween. i planned on wearing a black cami and a bright colored tutu/frilly skirt with wings, a tiara and wand. i’m not sure though if that’s too plain and if i need more. also what shoes should i wear for this? and should i wear leggings? if so, what color? thanks!

my friend nd i are being undercover fairy princesses for Holloween. We wanna look as wild nd crazy as physicaly possable. We have a pink little kid tu-tu (one of the ones that sticks stright out), a white feather boa, a sparkly silver crown, pink butterfly wings, a silver wand with a sparkly star on top, and barbie fairytopia walkie talkies. i want 2 no if you have ne ideas at all (it doesnt matter if its completely insane)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i always buy my kids halloween costumes in September. i start looking around websites in late August.
i have looked everywhere for a little dress for my daughter that is "fairy like".

she already has a wand and a pair of wings that were a gift for her birthday last Feb from her Aunt and Uncle, and she has been obsessed w/fairies every since so i really want to get her a little dress that is fairish. something whimsical and flowing like some of the fairy dresses i see.

the ones i have seen have wings attached, and i don’t want that since she has a set here that she loves to use.

i don’t want something too flimsy (as most halloween costumes are). she is pretty tough on clothes and i want something that wont be ruined after wearing it for 2 nights (tick-or-treating and then at my older kids school fair.).

ive looked at dressy dresses but they look too princess like and not eclectic enough for a fairy costume.

I don’t sew. i do some hand sewing. simple patterns and pillows..but nothing like a costume. my mother does all that but lives hundreds of miles from me.

always wanted to learn, but sewing machines scare me.
