Ok I know this seem skinda obvious but I just want to see what people come up with. I’m not that creative so maybe others could think of something more unique. My sister is throwing a kids halloween party this weekend so it has to be a quick idea (no I cant sew crap). She wants the adults to dress up. I really don’t want to spend a bunch a money. Okay… so I teach kids how to ride at a barn and for the day before Halloween lesson we are doing a scavenger hunt on horseback. Me and my friend Karin are going to go and hide with our horses and give the kids candy when they find us. Therefore, we are dressing up with our horses to make it more fun.
So onto the actual question. I have a Tobiano paint named Rosie that I am going to ride and I am going to be a fairy, and she will be a fairy horse. I have my costume but need ideas for hers. help! This is what I have so far:
Rosie:
french braid in mane
flowers in mane and tail (fake) What kind should I do?
Me:
fairy wings
old homecoming dress
tiara
So obviously I need help with this. Any ideas for me or my horse would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
P.S. I can’t do wings on her because I don’t have a place for them and don’t want to spend the money on another pair.

I am making Halloween costumes for my kids I already have plans for all my others, but my 11 year old is being difficult. Doesn’t like any of my ideas and can’t think of any for herself. Can you think of anything for her?
Money isn’t too big an issue. I can stitch some but not really sew (don’t even have a machine)?
We enter contests every year so we don’t use store bought ones.
The past few of years she has been a tooth fairy, Miss America, and Wendy Witch. She wants something to make her pretty but not a princess because it’s too "childish" LOL.
She has also been a teacher and doctor before.
Her favorite singer is *gasp* Brittany Spears
and she doesn’t watch TV except Top Model

I've always loved fairies, magical stories, and enchantment ever since I was a little girl, and now that I have my own little girl, well, maybe not so little any more :-)
