I am starting to plan my Halloween costume and I think that I want to be a green absinth fairy. Does anyone have a good costume idea for me and know of any good vintage clothing stores in NYC to buy costume pieces from? I was thinking of using a green top hat, bustier, wings and flowy skirt. okay, so here is what i need help with; it is obviously too late to buy a halloween costume now and my parents werent gonna buy me one anyways so i want to try to make my own costume and i have really long fake eyelashes and pink fairy wings(i dont have to use the wings tho, they annoy me anyway) and i want it to be cool and since im 16 i dont want something like…kid-like, so what can i do?
